Honey peppered bacon is brine soaked for 2 weeks and then dry rubbed with Honey and black pepper.  This is then slow smoked in a mix of hickory and apple smoke for at least 12 hours until an internal temperature of 165 is reached to give this bacon a sweet taste with the loved peppered bite.  This is then sliced to order and vacuum sealed for freshness.
